Professor Larry Kraus from Dean Jessica Einhorn '70

Larry Kraus, and his wife Sally, had us frequently over for dinner and one particular evening Larry talked to each of us about our plans after SAIS. I was thinking graduate school and I didn’t really want to go to law school and I didn’t know what to do and Larry said to me, ‘You know, Jessica, as a woman with professional interests, you need to get the best credential you can get and what you should do is go get a Ph.D.’ And so I got into Princeton and I went, but that PhD was really due to Larry Kraus.
